Cottage Cheese Veggie Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup good quality 2% cottage cheese (such as Nancys or Good Culture)

  • 6 mini bell peppers (red yellow and orange)

  • 2 mini cucumbers (sliced in quarters or halved)

  • 3 radishes (quartered or veggies of your choice)

  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (plus more for garnish)

  • 1 teaspoon Za’atar, which is a mix of sesame seeds and dried thyme and oregano.

Instructions:

  • Combine cottage cheese and dill in a small bowl, drizzle with olive oil and top with Za’atar and fresh dill.

  • Place on a plate or small platter with cut up fresh veggies.
