Our 6 Week Course will Cover:
The most common movement restrictions we see and how to improve your flexibility and mobility.
Explain the relationship that strength and speed play in generating power and simple exercises you can add to your current training program to improve your power.
Learn golf specific strength training exercises that you can add to your current routine to help you generate more power.
Learn a golf specific warm-up to use before each round of golf or hitting balls at the range to help you move better and swing freer.

Non Members $299 this includes: Thursday Morning Training Session plus unlimited access to Quench. We suggest participating in 1 to 2 small group sessions per week throughout the 6 week course.
