 At Quench Training for Women, we offer a different type of fitness experience. Unlike many gyms that are only geared towards the already fit, we have designed our facility with the beginner in mind. 

 Our Training Approach

 All women need to strength train. Strength training will actually make you feel great while improving strength and performance. It’s common to finish a weight lifting workout feeling better than when you started. This not only helps you train more effectively over the long-term, it also helps you maintain motivation to continue training and making progress.

Strength training will positively affect your entire life. Lift weights and strive to get stronger, and you’ll be surprised at how much easier your daily tasks become. Your energy levels increase, the quality of your sleep will improve, you’ll effortlessly play with your kids and hoist every grocery bag into the house in a single trip. Strengthening your body makes everything better – you’ll see. 

Just because you’re over 40 doesn’t mean you should feel old, out of shape, and aching all the time. You deserve to feel strong, fit, and healthy all day long. In as little as 2-3 workouts per week, we will have you building strength & endurance, and feeling great with more energy!

 

How does the 6 Week Mini Membership Work?

When you become part of our community, you get our coaches cheering and supporting you the entire way. We will work with you to find where you are in your fitness journey and create a plan that fits your lifestyle and needs.

You won’t do this allow. We will hold your hands and lift you up to educate and guide you to your full fitness potential.

We’ll start slow so you can build your confidence and see that you too can be successful with fitness.
