We understand that walking into a fitness facility can be intimidating and that you may be feeling awkward or out of place. You’ll chat about your goals, what your are looking to accomplish and how we can help.

We’ll show you around. You’ll see the space, maybe some sessions, and how we train together.

Got worries? Injuries? Unsure where to begin? Ask away — we’ll help make it clear and simple.

FAQ’s

It will be about 30 minutes. 

No, there will be no exercise. We will just be talking about how you can start your fitness journey. 

We are open Monday through Friday 6am to 7pm, Saturday 8am to 12pm and we run training sessions all day long so there is more then enough opportunity to train at Quench. 

The investment for the 6 Week Mini Membership is $299 and we will customize the entire program to met you where you are on your fitness path. We’ll start slow so you can build your confidence and see that you can be successful with fitness. 

About Quench

We help people over 40 get fitter, feel stronger, and move better. You don’t need to be fit already — we’ll help you get started in a way that feels easy and right for you. We go slow and work at your pace, so you never feel rushed or pushed too hard. Our gym is calm and friendly, with no loud music or big crowds — just kind coaches and people like you. It’s a place where you can feel safe, comfortable, and at home.
